Medical Marijuana Dispensary Attorney

Representing the Rights of Dispensaries Across Southern California

The medical marijuana attorneys at Anthony Curiale and Associates, A Professional Corporation have legally formed over 100 medical marijuana dispensaries. We have established patients associations in Orange County, LA County, San Diego, Riverside, and San Bernardino. We've represented clients in Anaheim, Brea, Santa Ana, Huntington Beach, Los Angeles and many others. We have represented our clients against cities in nuisance actions and zoning disputes and can provide counsel for legal matters relating to dispensaries. Our firm prides itself on keeping up to date and current on the state of the medical marijuana industry and in the ever-changing world of California Cannabis Laws.

Our offices have also represented an array of qualified medical marijuana patients who have been wrongfully charged with violating drug laws. Have you been charged with possession? Possession with intent to sell? What about transportation or cultivation? Did you think you were acting like a law-abiding citizen? Well, you probably were.

Are you wondering if now is the right time to open a dispensary? Well, that's a complicated question with a complicated answer. Check out a recent blog post on the topic to learn more.

If this weren't even, in 2003 then Attorney General Jerry Brown distributed the Attorney General's Guidelines on Medical Marijuana in the State of California.
